ABOUT KDC

Kummerow Design and Construction, Inc. (KDC) was founded in 2005. Owners Phil and Deborah Kummerow are a dynamic team with over 25 years experience in project management, planning, design, and construction. They love what they do and create beautiful results in collaboration with their clients. 

Phil grew up on Bainbridge, and his design and construction have touched many of the island’s homes and businesses over the years. He guides customers through the entire design, planning, permitting, and construction process, and loves a good challenge.

Deborah worked in educational publishing as a master scheduler and later as a senior program manager. Reflecting on her years in program management, it’s the team building, connections, and client relationships that she most enjoys.
